PUR Hotmelt Adhesive (Polyurethane Reactive) is a reactive adhesive. After heating and application, it continues to react with atmospheric moisture to form a stronger bond.

Compared to standard thermoplastic hot-melts, PUR is often the preferred choice for applications requiring high heat resistance, water resistance, and long-term durability.

Applications

Wood and Furniture Industry: Bonding veneer, laminate, edge banding, profiles, panels, furniture, and wooden components. PUR is suitable for applications requiring strong, durable bonds with excellent moisture resistance.
Packaging Industry: Bonding paper boxes, cartons, premium packaging, and packaging structures requiring high adhesion. The adhesive provides fast, strong bonding with good resistance to environmental conditions.
Automotive Industry: Used for bonding interior components such as door panels, headliners, carpets, foam, fabrics, and composite materials. PUR Hot Melt is suitable for applications requiring resistance to heat and vibration.
Electronics and Electrical Industry: Used to secure and bond components, modules, housings, wires/cables, and certain electronic parts. Depending on the PUR formulation, the adhesive can meet requirements for electrical insulation and component protection.
